My Story

I first came to yoga for flexibility.I liked the sense of accomplishment in nailing a pose.

Over 10+ years working in fast-paced corporate environments across Hong Kong, London, and Singapore, yoga became something else: a space where I could focus on myself, away from the constant demand to deliver for someone else.

But it wasn't until stress, anxiety, and grief caught up with me that I started turning to yoga for growth and healing, not just performance.

My career had trained me into a client-first mindset. Moving across cities had made me adaptable to almost anything. Looking back, I'd been building that skill my whole life — I grew up moving every few years, studying in three different languages, taking on responsibility young. I didn't realize it at the time, but I was always conforming to the flow of events and the needs of the people around me.

Then I lost a close family member to a sudden, severe cancer diagnosis — followed not long after by a health scare of my own. I had lost touch with my identity, and with my own body. I wasn't doing right by myself.

One of the first decisions I made purely for me was to complete my 300-hour yoga teacher training with my favorite teacher. I went in wanting to learn technique. What I got was something bigger: as I moved more intentionally on the mat, I started to hear my inner voice — and it wasn't a kind one.

Learning to bring compassion from the mat into my life was the start of real change: feeling healthier, happier, more present with the people and things that mattered, and building the resilience to handle transitions and challenges — because change, I've come to accept, is the only constant. That's what I became committed to sharing. It's what made me a teacher.

My Approach

I teach thoughtfully sequenced yoga classes that focus on proper alignment and somatic movement so that students can transform on their own mind-body-soul journey by experiencing it themselves.

Who I work with

I am passionate about helping over-thinkers who are used to holding everything together — at work, at home, for everyone else — and are starting to feel the cost of it. If you recognize yourself in reactive living: always bracing, always managing, rarely just being — this is for you.

That shows up in a few ways:

Curated Wellness Experiences

tailored sessions and activations for brands, festivals and communities who want the depth of practice in a shared, elevated setting

Contact Beyond Contact

a unique somatic-based healing and dance practice for people ready to feel their patterns, not just think through them, alongside others doing the same work

Private Somatic Sound Baths

a one-on-one container for individuals ready to build self-trust and resilience with somatic guidance paired with crystal sound bowls

Private Programs and Events

custom-built experiences for groups with a shared occasion or goal — from women's retreats to milestone celebrations — designed around what the group needs, not a fixed format
